The entire Godhead has a Christlike character
We believe that the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit have the same nonviolent character, the one revealed by the Son of Man. Hebrews 1:1-3
By beholding the truth we are changed in character
If we choose to feed our minds daily with the truth that the Godhead is completely nonviolent then we will be transformed again in the likeness of God and the power of Satan will be made with no effect in our life because now we understand that he is a murderer from the beginning and the father of lies. John 8:44; 2 Corinthians 3:18
Before baptism one must show the change in character
Every true believer who is baptized will have shown the transformation that the Holy Spirit made in his/her life in different ways, before baptism. Hate for sin and genuine love for sinner will be seen in the life of those who are indwelled by the Holy Spirit and they will pray at least one hour daily on their knees to receive power from God to not fall into temptations and to be delivered from evil. The transformative power of God's truth will be seen in action daily, and the prayer will be as natural as breathing.
